Working title: “Workplace integration, Health and the Welfare State. International perspectives”

We invite you to participate in this proposed book which seeks to discuss different forms and concepts of work integration in the international context.

General Parameters

The editors seek contributions which describe the development of activities and programs of workplace integration and health in a specific country with a special emphasis on the relevance of welfare state issues. As well, comparisons of different forms of workplace integration between countries and theoretical approaches to workplace integration and health are most welcomed.

The gathering of different perspectives and concepts of workplace integration and health in one book will help to picture better understanding of workplace integration in different countries which will facilitate further research in this area.

Content Description

With this book the editors hope to improve knowledge about different forms and concepts of workplace integration in various countries. This international perspective will help to understand the connectivity of workplace integration with the welfare state and social security systems. The international picture of different practices will establish a new view on advantages and drawbacks of specific forms of integration into the labour market.
